The challenge
Lettings has two audiences with opposite questions. Tenants want to find a property fast; landlords want to know the agency is worth handing their property to, and one website has to answer both.
Our approach
We split the site cleanly between the two: property search and enquiries for tenants, services and valuations for landlords, with contact details never more than a tap away.
