An MVP isn't a cheaper version of your product. It's the smallest thing that proves your riskiest assumption.

Start with the riskiest assumption
Every idea rests on a few beliefs: people have this problem, they'll pay to solve it, and they'll choose you. We find the belief that would sink the business if it were wrong, and design the MVP to test that first.
